Rooted & Restless
I’m excited to share a new chapter of my work through Rooted & Restless, a retreat-centered endeavor created to make room for the full depth and breadth of spiritual expression and experience. Beginning with international retreats, Rooted & Restless gathers the spiritually curious to explore ancient practices, shared wisdom, and the ways spirituality can be meaningfully woven into everyday life. Each retreat is intentionally spacious and inclusive—honoring our individual religious traditions while also welcoming broader spiritual exploration. You may encounter something completely new, or find yourself standing on familiar holy ground, all within an authentic, supportive community.
Our first retreat will take place in the quiet, beautiful Alentejo region of Portugal, November 8–13, 2026—a six-day, five-night, not-so-serious spiritual retreat designed for rest, connection, and gentle transformation. Find information for this retreat HERE
