Opportunities for Yoga with
Shannon Savage-Howie
As a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance Shannon is available to teach yoga classes to a variety of levels and and abilities including gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, yoga and meditation for stress and anxiety, pranayama, yin yoga, yoga for recovery, and she has additional training in trauma informed yoga practice. Shannon is passionate about integrating body, mind, and soul into yoga in a way that feels centering, empowering, and that connects physically through proper alignment and poses that feel good in each individual’s body.
2025-2026 Teaching Schedule:
Shannon currently teaches yoga weekly Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30-12:30 at Iris Healing Retreat, a residential substance abuse treatment facility in Woodland Hills.
